    This Act may be cited as the National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day Act.

  • 2National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day

    Throughout Canada, in each and every year, the third Saturday in September is to be known as “National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day”.

  • 3Not a legal holiday

    For greater certainty, National Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Heritage Day is not a legal holiday or a non-juridical day.
