How to find how your MP voted

To find how your MP voted, identify your riding and MP, then look for recorded divisions on the relevant bill. PoliticalData.ca links MP profiles, bills, and recorded vote data when official sources publish it.

Start with your representative

Use the representative lookup to find your MP by address or postal code. Then open federal bill summaries or the MP profile to see linked sponsorship and recorded vote context where available.

Not every vote is recorded by name. If no recorded vote appears, the page says so and links to the official source for verification.

Official sources

PoliticalData.ca explainers are civic education, not legal advice. Official legislative records control if there is a conflict.
