    This Act may be cited as the Natural Resources Transfer (School Lands) Amendment Act, 1961.

  • 2Agreements confirmed

    The Memorandum of Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Province of Manitoba made on the thirteenth day of July, 1961, the Memorandum of Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Province of Alberta made on the thirteenth day of July, 1961, and the Memorandum of agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Province of Saskatchewan made on the fourteenth day of July, 1961, set forth in Schedules A, B and C respectively, are hereby confirmed and declared to have the force of law in Canada.
