  • 1Orders

    For greater certainty, are deemed for all purposes to have had, and to continue to have, the same force and effect as if they had been made on the day they were expressed to have been made pursuant to an Act of Parliament that specifically authorized the making of such Orders.

  • 1(a)

    the Postmaster General Authority to Prescribe Fees Order expressed to have been made pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act by Order in Council P.C. 1976-2073 of August 19, 1976,

  • 1(b)

    the Postmaster General Authority to Prescribe Fees Order expressed to have been made pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act by Order in Council P.C. 1978-883 of March 23, 1978, and

  • 1(c)

    the Postmaster General Authority to Prescribe Fees Order expressed to have been made pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act by Order in Council P.C. 1979-88 of January 18, 1979,

  • 2Rates of postage

    The rates of postage prescribed by any regulation made pursuant to an Order referred to in section 1 are deemed for all purposes to have had, and to continue to have, the same force and effect as if they had been prescribed on the day they were expressed to have been prescribed pursuant to an Act of Parliament that specifically authorized the prescribing of such rates in substitution for those set out in sections 10 and 11 of the Post Office Act.
