  • 1Short title

    This Act may be cited as the Child Day Act.

  • 2Child day

    Throughout Canada, in each and every year, the 20th day of November, being the day in the year 1989 when the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted in the United Nations General Assembly, shall be known as "Child Day".
